These closing were very complicated and tedious, but Mr. Osking remained even and clear, providing outstanding advice during a tumultuous time for my family. She created Trusts for both of us to ensure what we wanted got done correctly. I highly recommend her. I also used another attorney here for a real estate matter involving a next door neighbor who kept cutting my trees down. He sent a warning letter as we asked. It didn’t work, we finally put a fence up but his letter was very good.
