My friend had been dealing with a situation that seemed like common sense for nearly six months. However, both the public defender and the prosecutor appeared inexperienced. Attorney Higgins did an incredible job assembling a team that secured my friends release and achieved the best possible outcome within a week. I cannot stress enough that common sense doesn’t always carry weight in legal matters.
