2 /5 Tina Urbanski: I contacted Deanna the end of December to provide me with home insurance quotes. Several emails were sent back and both and I provided her with all the info and documents she needed. Before going on vacation beginning of January, I asked if she has everything needed to get policy in effect. She even spoke with my mortgage company to arrange payment since I pay thru escrow. Went on vacation. 3 weeks later got a letter from my mortgage company that I still didnt have insurance and they were getting insurance for me that was going to be 3 times more. Contacted Deanna on why I still didnt have insurance. Now my insurance was lapsed for more than a month and Im sure I was penalized by the new insurance for that. And to top it all off, my mortgage company charged me $1078 for the month and a half I didnt have insurance. Deanna tried to tell me she didnt have any control over how long it took the underwriters. It doesnt taje a month and a half to get insurance in effect. No, she forgot and just let it go. Because I recontacted her on Feb 6th and by Feb 10, insurance was in effect. Do not recommend this company.
