Gustavo Antonioni Horrible customer service and bank does not take responsibility for stealing your money! I tried to withdraw money from their ATM last night - machine did not give me money but receipt confirmed my money was taken. I called today to speak with bank Manager Bill Reynolds and after they checked my withdrawal receipt transaction number they confirmed no money was issued and that I had to deal with this situation with my bank which is based in England as I ma here as a tourist. So not only did I not get cash last night because of their negligence I had to incur long distance charges today to have my bank resolve this . I find this to be a terrible oversight in taking responsibility for what is actually theft . NEVER USE THIS BANK!

Rebecca Davila This is the best credit union ever. It is a friendly staff you probably know by name. I have been there for years and they have been wonderful to me. Of course, that works both ways. They can be very busy but my mother taught me how to wait when necessary. ♥️
