1 /5 Mary Ross-High: Terrible service. After a call by me for possible fraud on my account. was told cut up old card and new card would be sent. The wait would be 7-10 days. After waiting 10days called and was told a new debit card had ever been ordered. TERRIBLE service. I would recommend never using Wells Fargo. Try another bank

1 /5 chris loop: Imagine giving the bank your card to destroy after a fraud issue only to find out months later they never deactivated the card and it was still incurring charges. Obviously this branch has follow through issues. Corporate needs to look into this branch.

1 /5 Courtney Tpdt7routman: Wells Fargo Bank is a joke. My boyfriend and I been banking with them for over 8 years. Every time I turn around they messing up on our account. This has been going on for years now. They cant get their calculations right. But now I think Wells Fargo is deliberately messing up our account. I say this again Wells Fargo cater to the upper class community and discriminate against the lower class community. Wells Fargo is very biased. My next step will be talking to a lawyer and closing our account. Im sick of it!
