Wendy Aguiar From the people who answer the phone to the closing agent and everyone in between, what a top notch company! Specifically, Melinda went above and beyond the call of duty with the patience of a saint. First, believe me when I say that I did my homework and their prices are the most reasonable to be found. Some places quoted nearly double. Next, they are thorough, attentive and honest. I have completed two transactions with them and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat (even if you live out of town) because you can trust them. They are kind and informative through every step of the process. If I ever close on another property, its a no-brainer; I know that they have my back and they are professional. My situation was fairly complicated and they handled it with ease and lifted the burden. Although Ive never met them in person, they have my utmost respect because they clearly know their business and how to address details up front to avoid problems later. Wonderful people. From the very first conversation, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me get the best possible coverage. Progressive tried to charge me $630 a month for two vehicles! Julie cut that down to a fraction of the cost without compromising on coverage. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and followed up to make sure I felt confident every step of the way. Its rare to come across someone who truly cares about their clients the way Julie does. Thanks to her, I’m not only saving money, but I also feel like I’m in good hands. Rachel Lowe I wish I had a great review to leave, but unfortunately every time I have had to deal with Highmark, it is because something hasn’t been done. I have been with them for over 2 years and the last two renewals my home owners insurance has been cancelled due to non-payment from my mortgage company to Frontline. When I talk to my mortgage company, they claim they never receive the information from the insurance company. When I talk to Highmark they point the finger right back. Today is 5/11 and apparently my insurance was cancelled on 5/5 and I have yet to hear from Highmark about it. I am looking for a new company asap!!

SEAN HEART Kept calling different insurance companies for a sr22 quote, and most companies had little zero interest in helping me find the right insurance. I went into Estrella location and not only did I get an amazing policy but I was shocked by low price. I was ably to pay insurance down payment and make advanced monthly payment of the policy. I strongly suggest this location!

Jill Bischoff I have been a Progressive customer for a few years. The Walter Agency staff, especially Ken Smith, who has been terrific to work with. Ken can help with all your questions. He answers email and phone calls promptly, and is always cheerful and professional. Progressive has been great as well, offering "credits" during COVID-19. Progressives website is great and can handle most routine issues. When the web-site doesnt work for me, Ken does! **11/24 update. Ken is no longer employed by the Walter Agency, and I tend to hold a grudge when people are treated poorly by their employers. I have moved my home and auto to McGriff progressive with very good results there.
