He did very diligently explain everything to me. He informed me that if theres any concerns or changes that I would like to do to my policy to just give him a call. Or the company a call. Stephanie was ultra professional and completely went above and beyond to make sure that my policy was activated in time. Even when I call into the office, everyone is very pleasant and accommodating.
