Fallon Rios H&Q is such a wonderful jeweler, whether you’re buying something new or restoring something sentimental, they truly go above and beyond. This was my second time visiting, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I brought in my engagement ring to be resized, which is incredibly special to me as it belonged to my late mother who passed away when I was 10. I’m very sentimental about it, and they treated it with such care and respect. In just two hours, they resized it, polished it, and returned it looking brand new. I’m so grateful for their kindness and craftsmanship. Thank yall so much! I’ll definitely be returning for any other jewelry needs.

Derek Scholz Went to the store just to window shop. Saw some items and needed different sizes. Fortunately Brelyn was a major help for us. She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.

Travis Taylor Jay was very helpful when me and my wife needed to extend my pawn for extra time. He let me make a payment on it to keep it in, allowing me time to get the money to get the full amount to get it out. I am glad he was able to help us out in a tough time, and am glad to know he is there if I need him again in the future. After many visits to other jewelry stores and hearing No, he was the only one that was willing to help me. The ring was not expensive or made of gold but he treated it as if it was.
