2 /5 Fab Mier: I just got a 2nd notice for proof of insurance from my Mortgage company. Seems every year I need to call them to find out why I have not been renewed. I called after the first notice. Talked someone. THey said they will call me back. Now about a month later, I got the 2nd notice and still no call back. Has my insurance lapsed? Dont know. Just left a message at 355pm. I guess they are too busy to answer.
