5 /5 Amanda Fletcher: My husband and I have been going to Jacks Pawn for many years now. Jack and his son Aaron have always been fair, repaired my jewelry with excellence and with great customer service. If your looking for an honest pawn shop then Jacks Pawn is a great place to go.

1 /5 Robert Groskinsky Sr.: I will share my experience with Jacks Super Pawn shop over the past three weeks with both the owner and whom I believe is his son Aaron. I bought a robot vacuum from their business just before Mardi Gras this year and brought it home. The first mistake I made was not getting a receipt and paying cash for the said vacuum along with not getting a valid telephone number for the business in question. I was however reassured that the vacuum would work and if I had any problems with it whatsoever I should bring it back to the store for either a refund or an exchange for other robot vacuums which I was told there were four of. However upon bringing it home and plugging it in following the instructions I found that the rechargeable batteries within the vacuum did not hold a charge and it would not work. It was at this point I drove back two Pensacola from the Gulf Shores area about a hour drive to either way to exchange the vacuum or get my money back. However upon arrival even though their hours said they opened on Google at noon they were not open here and later told me that he was at lunch this being at 12:30 PM. After several more trips this being an hour each way and finding them not open returning several more times finding the business again closed. I found a different number and the owner at this point contacted me and stated that he would back his product but I should contact Aaron who sold it to me and gave me Aarons telephone number. After calling Aaron and making arrangements Of when they would be open I returned the vacuum. At this point Aaron told me that he needed to test the vacuum to make sure that the batteries were indeed dead and that he would connected to a charger for 4 hours. I left the store and told him I would return the next day however he did make me an offer of getting my $100 back or taking a $150 credit within the store for a replacement merchandise. I told him I did want the vacuum or in exchange however upon returning once again the store was not open but this time I had thought ahead and got his telephone number calling him a couple days later and he told me the battery was indeed not working and he had replaced it and was waiting for it to charge. I told him I would be immediately in to pick the vacuum up but upon arrival once again I was told that the battery was not in the vacuum and that his technical person was in the process of putting it in. Did I ever tell me that it would be in the next day but I called first finding out that the vacuum was still not repaired but he ordered a replacement battery. It was this point I felt I was getting a run around and just wanted my money back the original $100 I had given them and they stated that it would be VENMOED to me immediately which of course was not done and since I was going into Pensacola anyhow I stopped by the store which was closed supposedly because a car had hit the building and it was Currently a police scene. Aaron was called again and he seemed surprised that his father had not sent me the money that I requested along with extra money that he stated I was getting in some of the phone conversations I have had with him. What I did do is just tell them that I would be leaving them a review unless I received my money through VENMO the only cash app I use. Ultimately I did receive $98 out of the original $100 I had given them which I feel is not even close to perfect although Im happy to just to even get the $98 back and learn the valuable lesson never to do business with them again! This whole ordeal could have been avoided several different ways including getting my money back originally for a defective product they sold to me however I do feel some of the blame should be taken by me since I did not ask immediately the first day I brought the machine back not working for my cash back which he was unable to give because he wished to test it for 4 hours.04/05/24 Now he texts me complaining VENMO charged me the $2.00 and about the review I gave him so I blocked him.

3 /5 Christopher Anderson: I came to Jack and I have bought two gold necklaces for $350 which I thought was a great deal. He looked out for the military. I just went to another store to get them a praise cause I was getting ready to buy another chain and they magnet tested both chains and they both stuck hard. They scraped it with the acid and said the acid test was good but it’s probably melted down and mixed with some type of metal so they can’t verify that it’s 100% real gold, I just came by the shop and you guys are closed. I know the guy said if I had any problems I can come back and I will give a refund. If you could please get back to me via email or through this comment with a number I could call that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

5 /5 Lindsay Calimer: My husband and I have been coming here for a few years. They have an amazing inventory. The quality of their dimonds are better than you will find elsewhere. Aaron was fantastic to deal with. We will most definitely be back!
