1 /5 Katisha Sturgis: Called yesterday to get a quote on car insurance. I was on hold for 20 minutes. The lady said the computers were down and they would call me back at 9am today. I never received a call back with any quote prices. I called them because I was referred however I see that they clearly dont value referrals or customer service.
