1 /5 Jasmyne West: If I could give NEGATIVE stars I definitely would. The level of incompetence that their agents, specifically Sheila Ann possesses is genuinely mind-blowing and will have you questioning if you want any of these individuals privy to your sensitive and personal information. If you want an insurance broker and agent who sends over INCORRECT information to the insurance company, does NOT inform you of any changes that are being made to your policy i.e adding individuals to be covered on your insurance WITHOUT your approval, does NOT relay information that the insurance company is relaying to them and will put you at constant risk to having your insurance premiums being raised or just simply cancelled and leaving you s*** out of luck then this company and Sheila Ann is your agent. They claim to be "your trusted partner for home and car insurance, business and life insurance in US" but unfortunately there ISNT ANYTHING TO TRUST them with. The only thing you can trust them with is adding unnecessary stress and an unimaginable amount of inconvenience into your life. Sheila Ann nor her managers take their job seriously and unfortunately for the insureds who pay premiums, wether in monthly installments or in full like I did, this can and will cause serious repercussions that only we the insureds will face not these incompetent agents. Luckily most insurance companies like Progressive value their customers, unlike InsureOne, and will inform you on how to properly navigate and fix the issues that the agents like Sheila Ann at InsureOne have caused to your policy. If you are genuinely looking to waste your hard earned money and go back and forth with an agent who does not care about how their lack of competence or simply attention to detail in their field can negatively affect you then this is definitely the company to choose and have "assist" you with insurance we are all legally required to have. Dealing with them is so bad that I will be making a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
