5 /5 Emmie F: I was referred to Erb and Young by a friend in 2024 for homeowner and auto coverage. I called the office, was assigned to an insurance agent and got started on the insurance search right away. I worked with David Kennedy and he did all the leg work. I just had to choose and sign. Then I worked with Pam Duran when it came time to renew my auto policy. This is the second year I’m working directly with Pam and the communication is great. She is very kind and answers my questions clearly and in terms I can understand. It’s unfortunate that insurance has gone up but they were able to provide a few competitive quotes to choose from. They gave me all the information to look through so that I can compare coverage. All in all, great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Being in the insurance industry myself, I am not an easy client to deal with. However, she was extremely helpful, professional and polite through the entire process.
