Keith Cardin I am/was a Progressive Insurance policy holder for over 4 years. I changed from an agent, directly to Progressive in July of 2024. I requested my payment be automatically withdrawn, just as it had for the years prior. In January of 2025, my insurance lapsed, causing a suspension on my license and a $158 renewal fee. Progressive refused to take any responsibility in incorrectly writing the policy or helping to correct the issues caused by their mishandling of my policy. So, no I have a suspension on my driving record, a $158 fee and a new insurance company. If Progressive was the last insurance company on the face of the earth, Id ask for a recount. Her name is Marcie and she was an absolute joy to speak to, and it made my day to have such great service, even though I was declining their product. That is extremely rare and deserves commendation, truly. She is a bright spot in a sometimes frustrating industry, and that is wonderful!

Jaime N Shannon Spencer We’ve had this insurance for the last 5 years, best insurance company we’ve ever had. We’ve had the price drop 3 times, I’ve never had a price drop with any other company, also it’s a simple process to get a teen discount for good grades and the driver course. My daughters car was hit while parked in a parking lot, we went through the other persons insurance for the claim, they were moving slow so contacted travelers, told them we didn’t want to file a claim through them because of it possibly increasing our rates. They still contacted the other insurance company on our behalf to make them speed up the process, and they reached back out to me a few times to be sure the other company was staying in touch with us. What other company would do that?
