Turner Florida Insurance - Rockledge

Cody Working with Chelsea and the Rockledge team on a new home insurance policy has set a new high for Turner insurance. As a customer for auto and home Turner has been an asset for me. They always do a great job from start to finish but Chelsea’s efforts to get us the best price and policy prompted the need to write the review. She took the time to reach out to the city on our behalf for documents that could and did drastically reduce the cost of our policy. She pointed out additional savings possible with the proper pictures and documents. Nobody else even offered the idea much less made the call on my behalf. Turner beat other quotes by thousands of dollars and Chelsea worked hard to save us money. Nobody is talking good about homeowners insurance today. They should call Turner and ask for Chelsea!

Christian Devinny Anna Marcos was unprofessional and deceitful in that she promised to lower my existing rate with Progressive by $30 per month due to my safe driver status. When she wrote the new policy it was not the same coverages as the previous, it did not have an accurate miles per year selection and it had my spouses name spelled wrong. In addition there was an error on her part with either the banking or routing number to deduct from my account as my bank says NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE to withdraw funds by progressive, and my policy was CANCELLED because of this. Instead of calling me due to the billing issue. I have had to establish a new policy that has cost me MORE than i was paying before. Anna was very defensive when i called, did not offer to correct the issues as a professional insurance agent should. Now this veteran has to pay more than when i stepped foot in her office. Im very unhappy with Copeland Insurance.

Kanisha Rowry I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and growing concern with the handling of my long-term disability claim. The process has been disorganized, frustrating, and filled with delays and inconsistencies that have only compounded the emotional and physical toll this situation has taken on me. Given the sequence of missteps, delays, and outright errors in handling my claim, I feel that I have been discriminated against, treated unfairly and with a total lack of consideration for my well-being. My physical and mental health have been severely impacted, and the stress of this ongoing ordeal has been exacerbated by The Hartford’s failure to properly manage my claim. The mismanagement of my claim, the unwarranted denial of valid disability claims, excessive delays in processing claims, and misinterpreting medical evidence. Relying on in-house medical opinions that contradict the opinions of treating physicians is not only unethical but also constitutes bad faith practices. I have no choice but to now seek legal counsel and pursue this matter through the courts.
