Ken D The tellers are nice, but this branch is useless. The team leader Magdi, Is useless. He has no authority to make any decisions yet will imply that he can help you. This bank is horrible. The back office can place holds on accounts. There is nothing the branch can do even though Magdi will tell you he will try to help. I would rather a cardboard cut out behind a desk, than to have a “person” with no authority lying to me with a pleasant tone.

Ken My wife and I have been using this firm before they moved from Woodbury to Melville. We started with them in 2013 mainly because they are fiduciaries and only charge a percentage of our portfolio. There are only 3 people at the Melville office and all have been together since before we started in 2013. The firm has joined the “Wealth Enhancement Group” to access more financial resources. They have kept us well informed via Emails, phone calls and information progress meetings in their offices. Needless to say we have both been very happy using them.

Bob Canter There was fraudulent activity on my debit card. I reported it promptly and the fraudulent transaction was blocked. I then went to our nearby Capital City Bank branch to get a new debit card. The entire transaction was quick and very easy; bank staff is very courteous.

Drew Spear My father and I became customers of Wells Fargo investor Joshua Trahan back in 2004 when it was called A.G. Edwards. Josh had just gotten in the game but was very knowledgeable and helpful. From 2004 to 2008, as the recession started, he grew our portfolios exponentially. Through no fault of joshs we had to withdraw everything in order to pay off the mortgage on our house because my dad lost his job. Tax time can be a headache for small businesses but Best Financial has done my personal taxes for years so when my husband started his business I knew exactly who to call. They take care of everything to make filing quick, easy, and AFFORDABLE. They always have their customers best interest in mind. I could not recommend them enough!
