Keep in mind I have never put in a claim in all the years that Ive owned a home which is about 40 years. My boss recommended Brightway so I gave them a call. I had the pleasure of speaking with Victor who was extremely professional, genuine and wanted to help me. He was able to get me insurance at half the cost and this policy included flood insurance which my previous one did not. Victor took the time to answer all of my questions and help me understand the coverage. At no time did he pressure me to go with his company. He was able to exceed my expectations not only with his patience but he really made me feel important and he wanted to help me. Thank you Victor for helping me find homeowners insurance and for saving me so much money. Deviny Griffith Formal Complaint – False Policy Information, Unjust Fees, and Poor Service To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way Progressive has handled my policy and my account. While I understand that my policy has been canceled—and I have already spoken to a representative—I feel compelled to document the serious issues I’ve experienced due to Progressive’s internal errors and lack of accountability. To begin, it is clear that false or inaccurate information was entered into my policy, which triggered a snowball effect of completely unjust fees—all of which were through no fault of my own. Rather than correcting the issue when it was first raised, I was met with vague responses, misdirection, and additional charges that continue to make no sense. I was also billed for documents I never received by email, mail, or through any online access. Charging customers for materials that were never provided is not only unethical—it borders on fraudulent. This entire experience has been marked by a lack of basic business communication, transparency, and accountability. Every step of the way, I encountered representatives who either could not provide clear answers or appeared insufficiently trained to handle the matter professionally. The disorganization and inconsistent information I received only added to the confusion and financial strain caused by these errors. At this point, I feel that I’ve been taken advantage of and misled, and the situation reflects a serious breakdown in both customer service and internal policy management. I am requesting that this matter be escalated immediately and fully reviewed. I expect all erroneous charges to be removed and a detailed explanation provided of how these errors occurred and what is being done to prevent them from happening again. If this issue is not resolved promptly and appropriately, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the insurance commissioner, the Better Business Bureau, and other consumer protection agencies.

Ryan Dietzel They are great! I had some issues with receiving compensation from insurance companies on a reliable schedule—one month it was the second Friday, then the first Friday the next month. Thankfully, the team at Health Insurance Store worked diligently to sort everything out with the insurance companies. Theyve assured me that payments will now be processed either on the first or second Friday of the month. I understand that the delay was more on the insurance companies than the Health Insurance Store itself, and I really appreciate how great theyve been to me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their service! Hopefully its first Friday again though! haha
