She’s helped switch my wife, my adult son, and myself over from Medigap policies to Medicare Advantage. She’s prompt, very friendly, and extremely helpful without in any way being pushy. She even helped our therapist get into the Advantage network! We might have to switch policies every year, just to stay in touch, she’s that great! (Just kidding on that one. But she’s really that great.)
