Hillary Longo: Allstate Insurance - Lantana (FL)

1 /5 Andres Salas: I want to make it abundantly clear - do not do business with this firm. I had a policy with them for less than a month and my insurance lapsed because of "non-payment". I paid and Allstate still canceled my insurance, without even attempting to call me. Why is this a problem? My licenses is suspended and I cannot work due to this. All because they did not properly try to rectify this issue. Like I said, do not do business with them.

1 /5 Anne Kuzmich: Did not disclose the length of the policy. Very disappointed to find out it was only a 6 month policy when I was originally was under the impression it was a year policy. Very expensive lesson learned.

5 /5 Todd Zegel: I had a great first consultation call concerning insurance needs for my car and my agent William Dobson was very patient and asked me all the right questions which led to me switching to Allstate based on the great customer service and reasonable rates. Subsequently I had the opportunity to speak to Hillary Longo who owns the agency and whose name is on the door where in my view she went above and beyond in asking me some additional questions thus reducing the monthly rate of my renewal. I couldn’t be happier with my initial decision. Thanks Hillary and William.
