Kaila brown Wouldn’t recommend . These people are rude and spiteful. I got a 2015 for fusion from them in 2023 , the car was fine. I never missed a payment was great customer . The beginning of 2025 started to have car issues so i just decided to trade the car in for something more up to date. Traded the car in for a 2018 Kia optima , 3 weeks after i got the optima i started to have issues the check engine light came on, i took it to auto zone and the computer showed it to be the pcm. I called my financial company which was greater financial and they had the towing company come pick the car up to take it to the garage .A couple days later they stated that they believe it was the throttle body (which they made me pay 300 for) so they replaced it but if i continued to have issues with the car i would have to get it towed to Kia. Cool. A week and a half later i begin to have more issues with the car, every single light came on in the Kia and my car wouldn’t come out of park. They came to get the car a day later and had it towed to Kia march 27th. Even kia could not figure out what the problem was. Which had to be related do the pcm ! Which the the garage knew it wasn’t the throttle body in the first place. Mind you i barely got to drive the car. Everytime i would call they would say they didn’t have a update and they would call back, never once did they callback i would always have to call them and when i did call they would say we haven’t a update and why didn’t you make your car payment yet? Lol. Who would make a payment on a car they couldn’t drive? Here it is May 15 2025 the car is still in terrible condition. They offered to let me trade the Kia in and get a new car but i would still owe on the Kia!!! I told them I think it would be my interest to just not take the car and let them keep the Kia. Within a few hours they had towing company come to Kia to get the car repossessed so i wouldn’t be able to get any of my belongings out of the car and that i would have to pay 150 to get my belongings out of the car. Now i have a repossession on my credit for a car that was in terrible condition before i got it.

Wendy Aguiar From the people who answer the phone to the closing agent and everyone in between, what a top notch company! Specifically, Melinda went above and beyond the call of duty with the patience of a saint. First, believe me when I say that I did my homework and their prices are the most reasonable to be found. Some places quoted nearly double. Next, they are thorough, attentive and honest. I have completed two transactions with them and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat (even if you live out of town) because you can trust them. They are kind and informative through every step of the process. If I ever close on another property, its a no-brainer; I know that they have my back and they are professional. My situation was fairly complicated and they handled it with ease and lifted the burden. Although Ive never met them in person, they have my utmost respect because they clearly know their business and how to address details up front to avoid problems later. Wonderful people.
