Aj Williams This is a very unorganized unprofessional organization. I got an email to schedule a date for my interview and set it. When it came time for the interview no one called me for 15 minutes. I found the interviewers name and phone number and called. I didn’t get an answer so I texted her. She replied quickly with “ Okay what is the appointment for I kind of forgot”. I reminded her that it was a interview and offered to forward the email that she sent me in the first place. She then replies with “ Of course send me your name because the next step if I have to book follow up meeting for you so that we can go over the email and then let me know youre available lady for today please”. After I sent the email, I texted her and told her i was available now, but then she read my message and never replied. I replied again, she read the message and didn’t reply. I called the main office. A nice woman answered and apologized for the inconvenience, she rescheduled the interview at 7. I get called about an hour later from the original interviewer, and she immediately goes into the interview without introducing herself or confirming if I was who I was. I stopped her to ask her who she was. She confirmed and then tried to ask me more interview questions. I told her that I did not have the time for it now and if she knew it was rescheduled for 7pm. She goes on to say she knew and that she apologized for not responding and proceeded to blame it on a client that she was helping, none of which was communicated to me at all. After that call we were on for 7. It is 7:30 pm right now as i am writing this and she still has not called or texted, or even emailed. It’s a shame, because I could only imagine the poor service that the clients are receiving.

Reese Horstman I dont think I could say enough good things about this credit union. This is my second auto loan with them and my first time ever refinancing. I was in and out in 30 minutes (my girlfriend wasnt even done in Ulta yet..) The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back when its time for my first mortgage. Of course there are only a few locations and they dont offer the hours or mobile features/perks that bigger banks do, but the rates are some of the lowest Ive seen and thats why SCCU will always be my go to lender!

Joy Thomas I went into vystar not expecting to come out completely feeling different. Teller Mary Norwood helped me and how helpful and professional she was was excellent but for me she made me feel very comfortable to talk and interact with. Go see her and tell her Joy sent you.

Dolly Williams David was extremely professional, courteous and informative with 20 years of expertise. He made my husband and I very comfortable doing our taxes with him, he even stood late to help us. We highly recommend him for your tax needs, 10 out of 10!
