5 /5 Peter Rivera: I’ve had all my property insurance with Anna Brantley and Griffin Insurance for over 10 years. Fortunately, I’ve never had to file a claim until just recently. My windshield got chipped while traveling within the city and I contacted Anna and her team to get advice on filing a claim. They asked me relevant questions relating to the incident and said they would handle it from there. I spoke with the Griffin Team on this matter late Monday afternoon and by 9:00 AM the next morning, Tuesday, the windshield repair company had contacted me by phone to schedule a repair at my place of work. By Thursday afternoon my windshield was repaired beyond my expectations! I am so impressed with the level of service I have received with Griffin Insurance. Hopefully I will never have to file another insurance claim, but the level of professional service they delivered on a simple windshield chip makes me feel very confident in any other future claims the Griffin Insurance Team may facilitate on my behalf. White glove service for sure and kudos to the Griffin Team!!!
