ANNESE Dunleavy While out of the country I recd notice that my insurance direct debit was not made, and my policy would be cancelled. I found out that the bank pulled my payment as potential fraud and as such created non payment of my insurance premium. I had to contact Lydia via messenger to try and resolve. She proceeded to provide me with information as to what needed to be done. Since I was returning back to FL on the weekend she agreed to meet with me today so that we could get my account back on track. I would have hated to have my policy cancelled through no fault of mine after being a State Farm customer for 40 years in Vegas and about 6 years in Florida. Being out of the country I was in a panic. Clinton Foster Our condo building in DTSP has been with Mitchell for many years. Weve been impressed with their responsiveness to questions and the thoroughness of their answers. They are generous with their time in responding to emails and phone calls. Recently they joined a board meeting call to help us understand industry rate increases and the current crop of underwriters. Their written proposals each year contain the right level of information to compare bids and make a selection based on risk/benefit/cost.
