Stephan Wischerth The whole banking experience is changed and become some thing more on the street. But with Scott and his staff at Centennial Bank at Simonton getting business stuff done is easy. This is the best parts of a personal local bank with big bank business combined .....glad that we switched years ago. And feel like we don’t have to sweat anything (which is a good thing) especially in this climate. Visit them.

Joshua Worked with Steve and his team to buy our 1st house. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and patient, walking us through every part of the buying process. He was able to beat the other 4 lenders we were considering and tailor a mortgage that fit our finances. Dealing with Steve and his team was the best part of the buying process.

Travis Licht Suntrust is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. They are terrible assisting in business accounts, and definitely are not client friendly. Suntrust gives no explanation for procedures they implement pertaining to the money in your account (withdraws, deposits, checks, holds, etc). If you prefer to work with a bank that’s not a constant headache I’d recommend you take your money and business somewhere else.

Chie Ramiro Excellent service today from Tanisha at the Hyde Park branch. We came and withdrew specific amounts of different dollar bills for a trip. They all had to be crisp and new. Tanisha made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. She was great. I have been with Grow Financial since I moved to Tampa in 1994. This kind of customer service is one reason why I stay with Grow

Mandy Lynn I stopped by the bank yesterday and tried to use the ATM, but it wasn’t working—and there was no sign saying it was out of order. I went through all the steps, waited forever to get my card back, and then finally got a message on the screen saying it wasn’t dispensing cash. Super frustrating. A simple “out of order” sign could’ve saved me (and probably others) a lot of time. Since the ATM didn’t work, I had to go inside. I do like this bank because it’s close to home and the staff is always nice when I go in, but they’re seriously understaffed. There was only one teller working both the front desk and the drive-thru, which doesn’t seem fair to her or the customers.
