Ryan Andrade Went here to resize my grandfather‘s gold bracelet. Even though I came in close to closing time, they did it right on the spot and came out to make sure it fit exactly how I wanted before soldering. Not to mention, they charged me half the price of what I was quoted at a major jeweler who also would’ve had to ship it out to be resized, which would’ve taken 2+ weeks. Excellent craftsmanship, unbeatable prices, and phenomenal customer service.

I have had a necklace custom made to include my mother’s diamond and it is amazing, I wear it daily. My husband and I both have our Rolex watches serviced by the master watch maker on staff. Recently my husbands watch started keeping irregular time and we took it in and neither Sandy or the watchmaker would quit until they had figured out the problem! Jennie I absolutely love this store and will make future purchases. My husband and I just celebrated our 20th anniversary. We were married in Maui so we wanted something special. Funny thing, we both shopped there without knowing until we exchange gifts during our party. I bought him an incredible watch and he bought me a beautiful anniversary ring. If you listen, things in Hawaii have very special meanings, you will understand if you visit the islands. The staff was amazing and took the time to wrap the presents beautifully and tell the story of the merchandise. Prices were completely fair, do not forget that you are buying something in Disney Springs and a speciality store. I would absolutely buy from them again. Aloha!

He was extremely patient when my molds kept failing, and during our first fitting, he took the time to make sure we were completely happy with the fit and look. He also kept us updated every step of the way — we had an upcoming trip, and he went out of his way to ensure we received our grillz in time. A+ customer service!
