GrimReaperTrader As a seller of a home, we are currently dealing with Cardinal Financial who represents our buyer. They have had three weeks to appraise my home, and have failed to provide us an appraisal amount, and the appraiser they privately hired, failed to do the same, and is refusing to disclose. I am now less than two weeks away from closing, and am unable to pack my belongings or find a new home. I will follow up with a BBB complaint about Cardinal and their unethical practices.
