After being let down by Dyer Kia in Lake Wales, where they made no effort to assist me, I thought I was out of luck in finding a second vehicle. However, NewGen Motors turned everything around. My wife reached out, and they immediately worked with us on the down payment, showing incredible flexibility and understanding. What really stood out was their customer service. They were quick, efficient, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. While we were there, they made sure my 7-year-old and 1-year-old were entertained with snacks, drinks, and even helped get our tablet connected to the Wi-Fi. It’s not every day you see that kind of thoughtfulness. On top of that, when I was sorting out insurance for my new vehicle, Frank took it upon himself to fill the truck up with gas before I drove off. It’s rare to find a "buy here, pay here" dealership that offers such high-quality service, and this place truly stands out.
