1 /5 Tracy: If I could put 0 stars I would give it to the manager and the woman at the window at the drive thru on 6/13/23 in the morning. I have to say I’ve never seen a bank like this, I see why the reviews are so bad, they’re correct. Run, take your money elsewhere, I am! Most unprofessional woman in the window and a manager standing next to her, wow, and they’re handling locals money. With this level of customer service I wonder the what the level of privacy is, I’m thinking everyone knows your business with these two manning the place. Never seen such disturbing behavior as I watched them embarrass a woman in the drive thru too! DO SOMETHING!

1 /5 Dragon flyz: This is for the West office on hwy 44 Inverness drive through. Very rude teller. I dropped off 2 deposits on 12/18/23 @ approximately 12:50, said I dont need a rcpt...she said ok. No thank you or anything. I said it again and she said yeah, I heard you..I said no, thats where you say thank-you. She lied and said I did. I said no you didnt but you should always say thank you. I am so sick of poor customer service. All you need to do is greet and thank and most folks are happy. I didnt get her name but she had long stringy hair and looked like a slob. Please consider a customer service refresher with your people and maybe a dress code update.
