Roy Vazquez Great , I first went over a year ago with a policy from another ins company for a year . I was told to keep it. When I received my renewal the price didnt look right to me so, once again I swing by and have them take a look. Now I have two vehicles on my policy 1:PIP & 1: Full coverage my renewal for a year 24 hundred dollars, they found the same coverage for me but just for six months 650 dollars. Fantastic Ladies hard at work for you !

Douglas Tillman I’ve been using Hayward Brown for years. I don’t typically leave reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. Annette is my agent ( or liaison ) with Hayward Brown and at renewal time for my auto policy she noticed that I was paying what we thought was too high of an amount. Not only did she get me a better rate but she also got me better coverage. On top of that ; with the new policy I incurred a cost that I was unaware of. Annette felt that the charge was unreasonable and took the issue up the chain of command and as a result, Hayward Brown covered the cost. Unbelievable customer service. Above and beyond. Roger Emery Henry Pertkiewicz is my insurance agent with Brightway Insurance. He assisted me in my effort to change my Homeowner insurance provider.
