I found out my former insurance agent became an independent agent and had to get in touch with him. Darren was able to meet my needs on a timely manner as requested with the same coverage. And able to get a better quote than what my current will be on my next renewal. Communication with him was through email which was a lot easier as well as signing off on the docusign.
