Jordan always goes above & beyond to help me with anything I need there; whether its setting my grandmother’s diamond into a beautiful new necklace, fixing my engagement ring (purchased elsewhere, my diamond fell out) into a stunning new (& better) setting, or finding the perfect tennis bracelet, I always feel confident there that I’m getting top-quality pieces at the best prices. With so many jewelry stores in the Miami area and endless options online, I still won’t shop anywhere else but Freddy’s. The care, honesty, and personal attention I receive every time are unmatched. Their new store downtown is absolutely gorgeous and makes every visit a wonderful experience. I will always trust them with all my jewelry needs!

Jordan even walked me through the entire diamond selection process and explained the different types and what to look for. They sourced a beautiful 3-carat pear-shaped diamond and had it ready in under 5 days. I proposed a month later in the South of France, and my fiancée was absolutely thrilled.
