1 /5 Nikky Liburd: This company came highly recommended by the lender I was using to close a deal it was 3 buildings on one parcel with 3 different addresses. The experience was very unprofessional. The day after closing I got a call from my new insurance company wanting to do an inspection. The inspection was done, fast forward to now receiving cancellation of insurance.
I contacted them immediately, ask to speak to Brad Cole the person that wrote the policy. Apparently, he is never available and always out the office . I attempted to call several times, no luck with speaking to him.
I called back again and secretary told me an agent Gail would call me back. I waited for that call back for at least a week, and nothing. I called again to speak to this Gail who was suppose to assist me. She said the reason why I got the notice was because the property didn’t have central ac. My question to them was “if you already know they don’t accept window units, well why was the policy even written? A copy of the inspection report was provided” . Her response was well she didn’t write the policy, it was Brad the one that’s never available.
Gail said she was going to work on finding a new provider and get back to me. I haven’t heard from her and the policy expired a few days ago.
I started to send Brad an email, which he did respond. I asked him to provide me with my actual policy , he sent it. After, forwarding it to a new company it was brought to my attention that only one out of the 3 buildings was actually insured.
Again, the actual reports with 3 separate addresses was sent, why didn’t he write the policy for all the buildings?
I emailed Brad to ask for policies for other buildings. He said only one building was insured. And see screenshot of how he responded.
