1 /5 jay cin: I have sent repeated emails to the email on the site and they all are returned. No person to speak with and hundreds of dollars spent on licensing application and requirements only to have application closed and no answer, but they have all of my money. How can I help others when this system is failing me?

1 /5 Jenna Deangelis: I had a mediation with citizens property insurance and a mediator assigned by this company I will not be quiet about how I was treated I was side-eyed by the mediator it was clearly a one-sided mediation no resolution was met my house is ruined citizens completely took advantage of me railroaded me kicked me out of the managed repair program and had zero consequences for their actions I was just asked why I didnt conform to citizens request which were completely ridiculous that I packed up my entire house and leave for three weeks because the contractor was allegedly afraid of my dog that he never made contact with then the contractors disappeared citizens refuse to provide the adjusters report this company or whoever they call themselves working for Florida is a complete joke! Its a system designed to make you believe that they are going to help you when you get screwed over by your insurance company but you are in fact not going to get help youre going to get side-eyed and that lady would make an all types of funky ugly faces that me during that mediation when I was explaining to her what happened! I dont care what you say is private the abuse that I suffered at the hands of citizens property insurance and the department of financial services is not something Im willing to be silent about I dont care what you do to me my brand new house is ruined because of a flood and citizens made a huge scene caused a bunch of drama bullied me gaslit me did everything they could to avoid allowing me to fix my house through the managed repair program and then blamed it on me unbelievable! Complete waste of State resources

Mendez: Thanks to the support of the Florida Department of Financial Services, we were able to obtain compensation from United Automobile Insurance Company for the loss of our vehicle, after both the insurance company and the policyholder who hit us at last December had refused for months to fulfill their obligation. Thanks to the excellent efforts of Ms. Eileen Torres, from FDFS team, United Automobile Insurance Company finally responded to our claim.

1 /5 Aimee Buechner: This agency is an absolute joke!!! I lost my entire life, home, pets, everything!! Caleb Douglas comes out to do an investigation. Perfect except he tells us we wont be able to see the report. Ummmm really? Then why do the report if we are not gonna be privileged to see his results? Now that its 10 months later I finally get to get a copy of the report BUT for a fee and its gonna be redacted. Whats the point? Your charging the victim of a tragic fire for a report? Do I not pay my taxes that pays for these agencies? If there was gonna be a fee that information should have been given upfront. Be honest and stop prolonging Insurance.
