Michael Miller Everytime I come to do Business with the City of Starke, the customer service is always amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. They run a pretty tight ship. I have not found petty drama, like in other cities. I have dealt with several offices within the city. The result has always been great. I look forward to getting more involved with the city. Thank you Starke for employing the best staff.

Joana Goff I just wanted to give a huge thank you and shout out to Brittany and Catie for not only letting me know I left my phone at the bank, coming back and staying after hours to make sure I got it back that day. That could only happen in a small town and shows the values that these two ladies have and carry in to their jobs to make sure their customers are taken care of. Thank you ladies! Lisa Blackman As a person who has not had Insurance in many years I want to reach out and thank Cindy Figueroa and Jimmy Adams for helping me today to get insurance with Florida Blue. These two individuals went far and beyond to make this process a easy process. Shavada Jones I visited my local PNC Branch today to complete a verification process for my new account that I opened online. The branch banker, Ashley Gray, was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring I was verified and updating my information. Ashley also helped me confirm and change my user ID and password for online banking. Throughout the process, she thoroughly explained everything she was doing and why, which I greatly appreciated. Ashley also took the time to explain the banking products and the great features they offer. I was able to get a new debit card and set up my Zelle account, all thanks to her assistance. When I had difficulty coming up with a new user ID and password, she offered some excellent recommendations. Overall, Ashley was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a great experience, thanks to her exceptional service.

K M I have the utmost respect for this office and the wonderful people who work here they care about me and my investments! I feel like Im a member of their own family Mr. Crutchfield watches over my investments as if they were his own he keeps me informed on all of them either by a phone call or written letter. They came very highly recommended by an attorney of whom they also handle his investments. My money has grown since Ive hired them couldnt be happier!

C. Menard Weve very recently switched to Bluedog Services and our Rep Alex #346511 has provided excellent customer service thus far. He has been very thorough at explaining their services and very responsive any time we have contacted him. We feel like weve gained a friend, not just a merchant rep. This has been such a welcoming experience compared to the company we used before whose customer service was lacking in many ways. Cant comment on the rates at this time, as we have not received our first statement yet, but looking forward to the savings we were guaranteed. Thanks Alex!!
