Beth Brenkman Still waiting 30 minutes after a scheduled appointment with Joyce who is working with other people. No notice was given and were just sitting here. Will update review after we are seen/if we are seen. Update: As far as tax preparations go, it was excellent. Joyce is friendly and knowledgeable. Im still not happy about waiting and there was technical problems with paying our fees at the end. 2020 update. Back again and had the pleasure of working with Joyce, again. She helped us with the new W-4s and figuring them out. Highly recommend H&R Block and Joyce is invaluable. I hope we have the pleasure of doing business with her for a long time.

Rick Woodward We have been with Edward Jones for a number of years. We recently moved to Amelia Island and decided it would be easier to have our financial advisor here and be able to do face to face meeting. OMG what a difference Crystal has made in our first couple meetings. I feel like I am working with a totally different firm. I have to say people make the difference and Crystal has made a big difference. In my opinion she has gone above and beyond my expectations. She is helpful, listens well, explains well, follows through and I just feel like she takes everything so personal and wants to do the best possible job she can like these are her investments. But yet allows you the freedom to be creative so you have your touch on the investments. I cant say enough good things about her and her awesome assistant Michele. My wife and I feel extremely comfortable and trust them. I cant say we have had that feeling in the past with a couple other Edwards Jones advisors we have worked with. I highly recommend Crystal and Michele if you are looking for people you can trust.
