1 /5 Kayla Couch: Do NOT recommend!!!!! 12/23 I called and started a new policy with Pam. She was nice and I thought helpful. BOTH of my vehicles are financed and need comp and collision coverage, as well as PIP AND PROPERTY DAMAGE! Fast forward to 10/24 a tree fell on my Yukon which is financed…. I called to file a claim and they told me that there was no comp or collision on my vehicle. It was during a hurricane so most places didn’t have power or internet. I called and spoke to Pam and said I think you might have made a mistake on my policy. She couldn’t look it up which is understandable. Finally when I called back she said she was able to look it up. I said to her “I think you might have made a mistake! She started YELLING at me telling me she didn’t make a mistake!!! She gave me exactly what I asked for!! I was trying to explain I would have NEVER told her to not have comp and collision on my FINANCED vehicle. She would not even let me speak and was screaming at me.. like I was a child!! I work at a law firm and work with the medical side of auto accidents. I know how important having the correct insurance is!!! I had to hang up because it was the most UNPROFESSIONAL phone call I have EVER had!! It is definitely my fault that I trusted her “agency” to write my policy correctly!! I definitely should have triple checked my paperwork to make sure it was 100% correct. I completely understand that. The way that she handled it and refuses to admit she made a mistake is mind blowing!! The way I was spoken to and screamed at is so unprofessional and uncalled for!! DO NOT USE FLORIDA AUTHORIZED INSURANCE!!! Especially if you expect someone to be helpful and treat you with respect!

5 /5 Mario V: They got me the best coverage with basic prices. An i was 19 years old an paid under 500. I kinda wasnt the best driver an there different policies got me out of some situations. I will always go here cause i went to the cheapest places an they found someone cheaper... I Love my policy cause i know my car an myself are covered. They we so nice an very respectful. I an going to be faithful to them cause they had my back when i thought they didnt. That is why i 5 star it. Cause they gave me the best coverage anyone else can offer, an they can see what the big companies give you an the little companies to. An the little companies have better coverage. I recommend this to everyone, because the other agents are not giving you what you truly need and Deserve
