Before I could call my agent about this, I received a call from Courtney at their office. She called to help me find a new company to insure the home. She was so pleasant to talk with and did an excellent job finding me another company with even better coverage and a comparable price. Finding insurance for my house was a challenge AND it was also in between two hurricanes. She was flexible and listened to everything that I needed/wanted. She did not mind getting quote after quote from different companies. She was very knowledgeable about the way that Insurance works and all of the different types of policies. She made sure that I ended up with exactly what I needed, and made sure that I was happy with my choice before it was finalized.
