Ive only been to the branch in person once, but I had a pleasant experience while I was there. No one is ever rude, always welcoming and professional when I speak with them over the phone. And yes, they DO report to creditors. My history with PFS is marked as all on-time payments in the 4 years theyve been my lienholder on both Transunion and Equifax. It looks like not everybody has had the same experience, but theyre probably just mad that their credit sucks and this is the only place that would approve them with high interest.
