BJM 4 I called Jeannine Ordway’s Allstate office in Ocala, FlL to get quote on my auto insurance. Every agent that answered the phone during the process was very prompt at answering my questions and had excellent knowledge about finding me the best policy to fit my needs I truly appreciate how effortless they made the experience… from emailing me a quote for my insurance and then working with me to get me set up with a new policy. They were prompt and responsive to any changes I needed to make. Like I said, effortless! Everyone in Jeannine’s office made sure all the bases were covered and took such great care of me. I rarely take the time to write feedback such as this but when someone goes above and beyond to help a customer, they deserve the recognition. Jeannine and her teams efforts didn’t go unnoticed.
