We emailed our agent, no response....we had to call to let the receptionist give him a written message that we would like him to contact us after reading our email. He responded and I asked him for a new quote with a different carrier that he mentioned....no response at all, no quote, no call, no email. His reply when we canceled all our policies today, was how busy he is.
Well, hire an assistant, dont ignore your customer... I couldnt get service trying to give them money, how will it be if I need to make a claim? Customer Service has left the building.....
