With Shawn, we had direct contact via email, text, and phone call and had a quote within a few hours. Not only did we have a quote, Shawn took the time to explain our quote and what would be best for us. We wanted a quote on our homeowners as well and Shawn had the honesty and integrity to tell us our current home insurance policy was the best for now and to revisit with him at renewal time. And able to get a better quote than what my current will be on my next renewal. Communication with him was through email which was a lot easier as well as signing off on the docusign.
