Douglas Swanson When you walk into this Bank everyone knows you and says hello to you by name, very personable. Ive never filled out a deposit slip, everyone there is always willing to help you with your banking needs. I dont understand why anybody would give them less than a 5-star rating. I have three accounts in this bank I continuously call up to make transfers from one account to the other, they always help me with it and never complain always happy to help me with it. Everyone should keep in mind, Nobody is perfect! All we can do is try our best and I think that this Bank does just that. He’s super personable and makes you feel comfortable in the decisions you’re making … while also guiding us in a way that was best for us. It didn’t matter if it was 7am, 10pm or the weekend … he was always available to talk. Thank you John for everything! We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

Matt Weaver Full disclosure: My company gets health insurance through Philip Financial Group. My experience with Philip Financial has always been extraordinarily great. Any time Ive had an issue or question they have responded within a day, and have even called the insurance company (they are a broker) to handle a few issues for me. On top of that, Ive recently engaged them for personal financial help/advice. Because my health policy is with them, I was not charged for the financial advice. The gentleman I worked with, Dwight, was very professional and helped turn several financial worries into very achievable goals. I cant speak for their work as far as their money services go, as Ive not worked with them in that realm.

Branden Staff was very friendly and professional! Helped me set up an account in a very short visit. Answered all of my questions and was an overall very good experience! The account is free of charges as long as you are responsible and keep your balance in the black, and they even gave me my debit card right on the spot! I didnt have to wait to use the account if I needed to! The nice woman who set up my account even set up the app on my phone so I could monitor my account activity! This is a great place to bank so far! I think it will continue to be my favorite bank! Thank you everyone at Crews! I Highly recommend this bank to everyone!
