They definitely live up to their 5 stars and their incredible reviews. I worked with several people throughout the process and they all treated me with such kindness. They were so willing to help me make sure my ring fit well and offered many solutions. Their service was not only great quality but also was done in a timely manner. Most of it is very beautiful. Bruce and Jean really care a lot about their customers, and really care that the craftsmanship of the stones, settings, and the work they do for you lasts. We got my wifes engagement ring and wedding ring, and my own wedding ring, from there. When I was shopping around, it was important to me that I didnt just get something mass-produced and overpriced, but beautiful and unique with a history. Plus, I was completely ignorant and she was more than happy to give me a complete education. It was a perfect experience and exactly what i was looking for. We came in several times after for a free cleaning for her.
