Kayla has gone the extra MILES for us in getting the best coverage for the money for our beach home and auto. She explores multiple options and is very good at explaining the details to people like myself who do not deal with insurance on a daily basis. (My husband who is an attorney and understands this well gives Kayla an A+!) Kayla is easy to talk to and a great listener which makes these complicated decisions easier. Jeff J. Overall good bank, the only thing I dislike about it is the ATM. No drive thru ATM means I have the option to either brave crossing main Street like Im fording the river at the end of Oregon trail, dodging Toyota Tacomas, or park close to it in the "No parking zone" so I have a quick getaway in case someone wants to hold me at knifepoint for the $14.76 that I have in the bank.
