Melanie Quail Called to schedule an appointment to revue my upcoming tax return since I had changes in my income. They were able to see same day. Gail explained my options and showed me what to expect for next years filing. Gail is very welcoming and has handled my returns since I moved here. She knows her stuff! H & R Block is lucky to have her representing them.

Victor Montalvo Ben and Shane are surprisingly good at what they do! I recently attended one of their financial seminars and was floored! Im pretty well educated but they opened my eyes to so much and made it super simple to understand. Sitting with them one on one is equally as refreshing. Maryn Buggenhagen The ladies at We Insure are wonderful! They do all they can to get you the coverage you need at a good price. They are also honest and open about how sometimes its just too much and advise against it. I would have my insurance policies no where else!

Naomi Tucker I want you all to know, my first impression of this company was "Horrible!" But I quickly changed that reasoning, - Heres what happened: "The company I bought my Mini Cooper from had turned over their accounts to, "Mid Atlantic Finance Company." When I received notice, I called myself being proactive and mailed my payment due by the 5th, on the 31st so, my bill would be paid early. Instead, I began to get all these A-I generated calls about a late payment, knowing I made my payment in advance. I simply, - dont do late charges! To make a long story short those constant (A-I), calls got on my last nerve! To resolve the matter. I called and spoke to several reps who in turn connected me to a supervisor. Before it was resolved I cancelled my check and paid by card. On two different occasions I spoke to an Account Manager named, "Anyissa," who took good care of me in a timely, courteous and professional manner. During the conversation, I was able to make her smile when I complimented her on her beautiful name..... What makes me so happy is my car is almost paid for and I thank God for that! Remember: "When you call any company to get information or help with a issue, - - "Be Patient, - Friendly and Courteous!" And if possible, - "Say something positive that might just put a smile instead of a frown on the Reps face." A good conversation is always better, - than a Bad one.
