Kimberly Miller Had a very embarrassing situation with my elderly father in law at the Bartow branch. Not going to get into details, but the level of dignity and patience the staff and cleaning staff handled the situation with was absolutely amazing. Both myself and father in law have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and I dont ever want to bank with anyone else because of how helpful everyone was.
