Most recently she was my lifeline when I was pulled over by police and informed that my license was suspended due to an insurance matter. Kathy immediately started texting me all of the documentation showing that I had never lapsed, and she kept me calm, and she helped the officer and DMV discover that a previous company had reported me as uninsured when I switched companies.
