Once I got to Direct I was on the phone with Lisa Ross, and was able to get great service, at a fast pace as I needed, and with the understanding of the stress I was in. I know this might sound crazy, but Lisa might be the best customer service representative I have ever spoken with in my entire life- she might be the best employee at your company… I can’t thank her enough for everything. If anyone of importance reads this, give this woman a raise. She deserves that & then some!
