1 /5 Jessica Patterson: I tried really hard to be patient. I went in at 1:20 PM had low abdominal pain, extreme nausea. They did multiple test, including a painful CAT scan and ultrasound. Also bloodwork. I sat in the room for six hours with no results for any of the test! Never even seen a doctor! A nurse then comes in after an insane amount of time and says, oh Iâm sorry it was a miscommunication on our end, we forgot you were here. Iâm like really?, whatever can I just get my results? They left the room for another 2 1/2 hours and I finally had to just walk out because no one came back to give me any results. so I had to drive all the way to Fawcett in Port Charlotte, where I was diagnosed in 45 minutes and got the treatment that I needed, so thanks Arcadia. I really canât understand how this hospital is still in business! now theyâre going to charge my insurance for all the things that theyâve done but didnât help me at all! They also spent majority of that six hours I was in that room, gossiping about patients and their lives, making jokes with each other and acting like theyâre in some type of drama show instead of at work, instead of worrying about their patients and doing their jobs! If I could leave zero stars I would. Just make the drive to Port charlotte. Donât waste your time.
