Jinette Saez This is the WORST company EVER. I lost my job and requested a distribution back in May and still have not received it. They charged a $75 fee to process my request. On my last call I requested to speak with a supervisor because they want to charge me a $25 fee to stop and reissue the check, I was told by the representative that they didnt have anyone available so I would have to receive a call back in about 2 days. That was over 3 weeks ago and I NEVER received a call from them. Today I tried again and was told the same thing that a supervisor would call me back but when I said I didnt mind waiting the representative hung up on me. HORRIBLE service and none of them showed any empathy for the fact that I had lost my job, I was just another customer calling on the phone with an issue that they did not want to deal with or do the right thing for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE ANYTHING FOR YOU. This company is not reliable or professional and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.

My daughter, who is in the medical field met Dawn in Walmart. They talk and my daughter felt very confident that Dawn could help us. We contacted her and she came to our home and spent hours going over health plans. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She checked to see that our new doctors were in one these plans. The plan was good and she said she would review it again for 2020. Plans changed in 2020 and she got with us and reviewed a new plan, which we switched to. She also said that they do financial planning. We went and saw Jeff, her husband was great to work with and we got a good plan that protected us from major financial hits. As she helped three people at a time, no one felt frustrated or ignored. As this was my first time there, even with computer issues, Jo was able to go above & beyond to help me and exceeded my expectations. I really cannot recommend this store enough!!
