I have been with your agency for a number of years, and thankfully have not had to use my coverage, but I know its there if needed.

Ive been a LOYAL customer of George Najmy Insurance for many years and was sad when he decided to leave Allstate. My experience so far with this new agency has been less than impressive. I recently moved my auto to another carrier due to the extreme increase of rates with Allstate. I notified this agency of this and instead they cancelled my boat policy, which I have a lienholder on. I wasnt aware of this change either until I received my refund check!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is the type of service Im not used to getting from my Agent. George Najmys office staff was stellar and this type of mistake is very disheartening. Moving forward I would hope that this agency would be more careful when processing customers policy change requests. If not, I will have to make the decision to leave Allstate all together.

5 /5 Gail Stern: They have been my AllState auto insurance people since 2007 and I would never leave this company! They are always looking to get you a better rate if possible and its so nice to call, have someone answer and they know who you are! Highly recommend them!
